Welcome to Resume CV Biodata. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to resumecvbiodata.com and its online document builders, premium templates, and digital services.
We provide online tools and customizable templates to help users create Resumes, CVs, Biodata, and professional job-application documents with live preview and PDF generation capabilities.
Our website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
Resume CV Biodata provides document creation tools. Your inputs process primarily via browser Local Storage. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, job offers, or ATS screening passes—users remain solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of their submitted resume data.
By browsing the portal, using builders, downloading PDFs, or making purchases, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any portion, please discontinue using the platform.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms to reflect pricing changes, new features, or legal updates. Continued platform usage following revisions constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
We aim for continuous availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access due to server maintenance, security events, or third-party infrastructure outages.
Users hold sole responsibility for verifying spelling, contact details, work history, and qualifications before submitting documents to employers. We do not independently verify user content.
Form drafts rely on client-side Local Storage. You are responsible for backing up completed files. Clearing browser cache or switching devices will remove un-downloaded local drafts.
"ATS-friendly" designs follow common layout standards but do not guarantee passing automated screening systems, interview calls, or employer hiring algorithms.
Resume CV Biodata is a software tool, not an employment agency or recruiter. We provide no guarantees regarding job offers, promotions, salary increments, or hiring success.
We offer both free tools and premium ("Pro") assets. Pricing, badge designations, and feature access are subject to adjustments with clear checkout disclosures.
Purchases process securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe). We never store debit/credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank secrets on our servers.
Purchases of digital assets and downloadable templates are governed by our official Refund & Returns Policy. Completed digital delivery is generally non-refundable except as specified.
All platform designs, UI code, graphics, logos, and template layouts are protected intellectual property. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal resume creation.
You may not extract, resell, redistribute, sub-license, or upload our template assets to competing document platforms or commercial digital marketplaces.
Users must not create fraudulent qualifications, forged certificates, fake employment records, upload malware, scrape site content, or abuse payment checkout gateways.
